Very relaxing and calming from the offset. The team were welcoming and made you feel at ease. It was my first experience of a full body massage and Nicky made sure that i was comfortable and was very accommodating. The spa itself was lovely and clean, and although small, it gave an intimate and cosy feeling which was great. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning :)

I have pain in my knee when walking downhill, this was my third visit in preparation for a 26 mile walk. Tom was professional and thorough and gave some really useful advice. He checked on my exercise & training progress, current pain levels, and massaged the tissue surrounding the knee, as well as stretching the joints. The pain is definitely decreasing every time I walk now, thanks to Tom
