Always have my regrowth done with Vicki now, the colour match is perfect! She advised me to go lighter from where I was, and its been the best decision ever! Sireen is absolutely incredible. She checked in with me at every step of my appointment — lash tint, lash lift, brow tint, brow lamination and shape — making sure each part matched what I actually wanted before moving forward. When my eyelids felt slightly irritated partway through, she stopped immediately, took it seriously, and fixed it on the spot. When I explained the brow thickness I was after, she took her time and kept checking in until we both agreed it was exactly right. The whole appointment felt like an experience, not just a service. I’ll be back and will request Sireen.
