Stylists listen closely to haircut preferences, while nail technicians take care with the details; wash and blow-dry appointments can also include a relaxing scalp massage.

I specifically booked my appointment with Sandy but wasn’t informed that she was unavailable. The manicure felt rushed, and the BIAB wasn’t filed down as it usually is, leaving the nails looking quite bulky. I’m also concerned about whether the instruments were properly sanitised, as I’ve since developed a nail bed infection. Emily was lovely, and I’m a regular customer at Loop, so I’m hoping this was just a one-off experience. However, I did want to share my concerns, as this appointment fell short of the standard I’ve come to expect.
