She took such great care of me — super friendly, patient, and really attentive to what I wanted. I had such a great experience , especially as it was my first time visiting and my first time ever having electrolysis done. Maddi was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable from the beginning. Before starting, she thoroughly explained the whole electrolysis process, what it involves, what I could expect during the treatment, and answered any questions I had. I really appreciated how patient and informative she was, as it made me feel much more confident and relaxed. She was professional, gentle and made the whole experience feel very easy and comfortable. 10/10 will def book again
