She has amazing skills, has taken my mid brown/chestnuty hair to ash blonde in that time and the condition is still super soft and bouncy. Best listener, communicator, colourist and stylist out there. Xx

I'm soooo pleased as a woman in her autumn years, trusted my daughters judgement and booked a restyle for my thining silver hair to be restyled. Charlene listened to all my concerns - thining and multiple widows peaks and took me from a very boring, floppy, shoulder length cut that just hung from my head.... to a lovely, sharp, yet soft jaw length bob with under cut, that I can either tuck behind one ear for a chic look, or have as a short French bob. She took time to explain and show me how to control my fringes numerours windows peaks and encouraged me to change to using a larger round brush

Nat is an absolute magician, my second MLD and i cannot recommend it enough! Nat is highly professional and knowledgeable on MLD and i have seen excellent results so far. The aftercare and check ins have also been a lovely touch. Preen has a lovely relaxing environment, easy to access and doesn’t have that clicky salon feeling.

I have had a couple of facials off Rio. My latest one was the Deluxe Microdermabrasion. Rio is a true professional, she is very knowledgeable. She knows the answer to any skin concerns you have and how to treat them. On top of the treatment you get a neck and shoulder massage and a hand massage - they are unbelievably relaxing. My skin looks radiant and healthy. I recommend Rio’s treatments to everyone.

I’ve had quite a few facials with Rio now and I absolutely love them. Each treatment is so relaxing — Rio is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel at ease.
