Michele took the time to explain exactly what the PRP treatment involved,answered every question I had in detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout every step.What stood out most was her gentle yet precise approach. I had intimate hollywood waxing with jo and there was next to no pain, she was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease and was over and done in very good time. Will definatley book again. I had my review appointment with Khianna today and once again the experience was exceptional. She carefully reviewed my previous treatment and made subtle top-ups to maintain natural results. I made an initial enquiry about filler and was really impressed by her honesty. She could easily have carried out the treatment and taken my money, but instead explained why it wasn’t right for my bone structure and recommended a more suitable option. No hard sell, just honest, professional advice. Friendly, knowledgeable and highly recommended.
