Piera was incredibly warm and welcoming, she instantly puts you at ease. I booked in for a brow lamination refresh and wax, and I’m so pleased with the results. I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. Could rate Re:lax and Grace more highly! I had the bespoke men’s facial and it was incredible. I’m still so relaxed from it after 24 hours… the massaging element really helped soften my skin and relax my facial and neck muscles. The LED was a good experience too. Finally, the products worked great for my sensitive skin. Grace was lovely. She’d taken the time to explain the treatments and products, as well as understanding my form answer, making it a very comfortable experience. Thanks Grace!

Exceptional service! I had my brows threaded by Piera, who took time to listen to what I wanted and worked meticulously to ensure it was as comfortable as possible, working to ensure my skin wasn’t pulled, and also had me sit up halfway through to ensure accuracy and precision. A lovely clinic and very polite, professional staff. The clinic was clean and even the chair was noticeably relaxing and comfortable, adding to the overall aesthetics. It was already very busy for 10am, the only thing I would say is that when booking an hour long treatment, I assumed the actual treatment duration would be the full hour, but some of the time was utilised for the consultation at the start and feedback at the end, so in effect less than an hour. However, staff seem knowledgable and very kind and I would happily visit again.
