This was my first visit to Ella and I was so impressed. She’s really knowledgeable and professional, but also made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. She spotted what my skin needed after my facial and suggested some products to use afterwards. I had an amazing experience with Lindsey at Neo Elegance Skin Clinic yesterday. I had the NEW HydroCLEANSE treatment and it was very relaxing. Lindsey was fantastic, she explained me the treatment as she went along and showed how knowledgeable and passionate she is about skincare. My skin is very dry and I knew I had to change the skincare. Lindsey advised me so well about a few products that could help to get my skin hydrate again. I have already bought these and I am already booked in for a month time. I had the Mesotherapy Frozen Facialb on the recommendation of a couple of Chantelles clients, and it did not disappoint. Chantelle has created the must relaxing environment for any treatment, is super friendly and very good at what she does. I still definitely be back very soon, and recommend you get booked in ASAP!

I had an amazing experience at NESC. I visited them a week before my wedding for an afternoon spa and had 4 treatments done. Medi Pedi, Backcial, Thai Massage and HydraFacial. All of the treatments have been absolutely beautifully done by the knowledgable, Fiz, Sophie and Lucy. I loved them all and have made me feel so relaxed and ready for my wedding. Not only the treatments and their hands are great but also how lovely these ladies are and how well they have looked after and spoiled me, so attentive to the details providing cakes, pastries and drinks in each treatment. A huge thanks! ❤️😘.

Fiz is an excellent and very knowledgeable lady. The experience and service are always great at NeoClinic with Fiz. She looks after the customers really well and is a lovely friendly lady. I have rosacea and I have often treatment done by Fiz. Since I have been coming at the clinic and follow the skin routine advice by Fiz my skin is amazing, no flares up or redness. It’s the healthiest has ever been and soft thanks to her. There are lots of treatments to enjoy at Neoclinic and they are at very affordable price. I have also enjoyed a back massage, very relaxing and Fiz did it brilliantly.

I've been visiting Zuzana for some time now and would wholeheartedly recommend her. She is a lovely person - very welcoming, puts me at ease and is very skilled and hard working. I always feel relaxed and so much better after one of Zuzana’s excellent treatments. I initially gave her a try as she is local and had good reviews - and she is now my ‘go to’ for all beauty treatments, for eyebrow tinting (the best I’ve ever had done) and facials (my skin has never felt better).
