Had problems parking and then getting into Skindeep due to roadworks and temporary traffic lights - clearly beyond anyone's control. Walked into an empty reception and called and waited for a good 5 minutes before going back outside and ringing the bell again. Once I was welcomed, the procedure was fully explained before treatment began. I had no previous experience of HIFU so was surprised somewhat by the sensation (sometimes unpleasant) around the jawbone. Jessica is a lovely woman, im not knocking her as she did everything she could at the time but the room wasnt as quiet as i could hear people in the other room talking really loud, eventually i was relaxed for about 15/20 mins then she said must have double booked the salon… overall lovely massage, would go back lovely location xx
