I have been visiting Jess for quite some time now and have always loved her enthusiasm and professionalism but today her service was even more amazing! I had some very specific, unusual eye/eyelash issues that needed to be worked around and Jess did an amazing job in helping me! Jess is not only extremely knowledgeable and skilled with all that she does but also just so fun to be around! I always leave her salon feeling so happy and relaxed and today's visit really showed me she has the skill to work around absolutely anything!

I highly recommend Chelsea (beauty and remedial therapist). She was very thorough and she handled me with so much care. I love her attention to detail and the way she carefully handled and tattooed my eyebrows. She’s quite knowledgeable and a good conversationalist. I will definitely come back.

The atmosphere is welcoming — cozy, clean, and so relaxing. I had an acne facial treatment and a hot stone massage, and both were absolutely wonderful. Zoe was so thorough and gentle throughout the entire facial. The hot stone massage was also incredible — just the right amount of pressure and you can really tell how skilled she is. Ivy was also very kind and gave me a helpful skin consultation, which I really appreciated. I also got builder gel nails with a pink cat-eye design, and they turned out so beautiful! Everything from start to finish was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back :)

I had a wonderful experience today with Chantelle. She was very professional and this had to one of the best pamper days I have ever had. She kept me up to date on what she was doing and was also checking in on my comfort and wellbeing It was such an amazing couple of hours and can highly recommend Chantelle. Dana is the BEST IN THE BIZ! I literally fly interstate to see her. Booking in for a brow lami with her is the first thing I do whenever I plan a trip home to Newcastle. She gives a heavenly head massage and is extremely professional. Dana possesses the unique skill of knowing how to read a client as well (when to be chatty / when I need to relax) I wish she lived in Melbourne!!! Been coming and getting red light therapy for a while now and every time is awesome. Smiling faces and just very inviting. Tried cryotherapy today for the first time and I’m speechless. I feel like a new man. Thank you Hayley so much for your support and knowledge making everything easier for me.

The whole experience was incredible! Solara's knowledge is insane and soooo helpful! Time escapes you, and you just escape into a euphoric bliss when treatment starts. I want to come in every single day haha.

Solara was such a perfect mix of knowledgeable, helpful, caring and genuine. I learnt so much about skin without feeling like I was being preached at. The space is really calming and warm and I was instantly relaxed when walking in from the busy city street. I had a facial this visit but can’t wait to go back again for more.
