It was my first visit and it was lovely. I love my hair, I love the staff, I love my stylist (Lauren), I love the way the products smell, I love the way everything looks inside, I love their organization and the way they handle business. If I wasn't moving next month, this would be my permanent salon, but unfortunately I'm leaving New York. :(

This is my 3rd time getting my hair done by Gean and it won't be the last. She's always so warm & welcoming, great music choices and let's you watch what you want on Netflix or on youtube. I always feel like a new person when I get my hair done by her and a huge weight lifted off my shoulders ( & head) because I get my hair cut/trimmed whenever I see her and I don't trust anyone else to cut my hair. I definitely will be coming back to get a shorter cut and 10 out of 10 would recommend to others. Thank you Gean💛💜

Ruben is the man! I hadn’t gotten a haircut in over two years, so I was a little nervous about making a big change. He took the time to look through my reference photos, asked the right questions, and made sure he understood exactly what I was going for. He absolutely nailed it. He’s great with curly textured hair and beards, and you can tell he really pays attention to the details. I walked out feeling fresh, confident, and honestly better than I expected. Already looking forward to the next cut. If you’re on the fence, book with Ruben. You won’t regret it.

Melissa is absolutely amazing!!!! I removed my braids after only having them in for a month- between the braids and having gone without a trim for an extended amount, my hair was in horrible shape. Melissa could have chosen to simply rake through my hair, instead she was gentle and thorough and truly took her time. I learned so much about my hair during my first visit with her. I’ll definitely be back three months from now for my trim. I highly recommend Melissa and have nothing but great things to say about my first visit to the salon.

This is the first time gee ever did my braids and my beard I showed her three different photos and she came up with an amazing freestyle design , everyone is very welcoming and friendly straight from the beginning. Gee is also an amazing barber stylist and colorist not just a braider. Her space is calm, chill with great music. I can’t thank her enough for doing a phenomenal job

I had such a great experience with Jahlena! My haircut came out excellent, and she really took the time to explain what I need to do to get my hair back healthy and strong again. She educated me on how often I should come in for trims and gave honest, helpful advice about maintaining my hair properly. Her vibe was so friendly, welcoming, and professional, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I truly appreciated how knowledgeable and caring she was. I’ll definitely be taking her advice and giving braids a break for a while so my hair can regain its strength.

I had a wonderful experience at H2. Similar to other natural hair salons I’ve been to, but the vibe was a little more open and friendly. My natural hairstylist was amazing. She gave me great recommendations on products to use and how often I should be getting my ends trimmed. The whole process was straightforward from booking in to get in there to get my hair done. Everything was effortless and straightforward. I look forward to my follow-up in January.

This is hands down the best barbershop in Brooklyn! Ruben is a true master of his craft—precise, dedicated, and skilled with both hair and beard styling. Loved my time with Liv! I had just taken out my braids and needed a good deep conditioner, silk press, and trim. She took great care with my hair. The silk press came out perfectly straight and smooth, and she was friendly and professional throughout the entire appointment. She even gave me tips for maintaining the style. Can't wait for my next appointment.

I saw Jahlena for the first time for a trim. I really love the cut she gave me and I felt so pretty when I took my flat twist out the following morning. I’ve always embraced my 4C hair but the trim and flat twist set had me feeling so pretty even with the shrinkage.

This was my first time at the Salon. My stylist was Jordan. She is very sweet. I liked how she wanted to know about my hair routine and gave recommendations. And educated me on the importances and benefits of routine trims and a term called dusting. I will definitely go back.

I was graciously greeted and seated for service. Offered a robe and drink. Although my stylist, Dailey was managing another client she kept us serviced and checked in on me often. She askes about at home hair management, and offers practical solutions or products. I was happy with my trim and already see length and the healthy hair I was looking for. I scheduled my next 2 future services and cant wait to come back. Everyone is is so professional and funny and seem happy doing what they love. H2 is amazing!

My appointment was good. The staff is very welcoming and friendly . My appointment was set for 1030 my stylist was Ms Patrice. She was finishing up with another client so I did wait about half hour before being seen by her. Ms. Bianca did my wash and she was incredible. The customer service is top tier for sure. I got a silk press and trim from Ms Patrice and my hair feels amazing and looks great!! I’ll definitely be back !!
