I want to share how impressed I was after visiting this salon. I really liked the head stylist — he not only listened carefully to what I wanted but also clearly explained everything about my hair’s condition. Instead of going ahead with the perm, he honestly advised me to wait six months and focus on hair care. To me, this showed he truly loves what he does and cares more about great results than just making money. That kind of honesty is rare, and I’m so happy I found a stylist like this. Had my hair relaxed, and I’m very, very happy! Sam was very gentle with my hair and delivered great results. I was well taken care of from beginning to end. The relaxer used is for sensitive scalps, which I really appreciate. The atmosphere is very warm, safe and friendly ❤️ Definitely my first of many times here! I recently had an amazing haircut experience at Alana Eve. From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The salon's chic and comfortable ambiance instantly put me at ease. The stylist is very great and i love my new hair so much!!

Overall a great haircut. Clean atmosphere, even though it felt a bit empty. To be expected for a Friday afternoon though. The seating area for the hair wash and haircut are very comfy. I really liked the large chair to sit in, as these salon and barber seats are usually very uncomfortable. Haircut was great and quick. I'll be coming back for another haircut and mens perm in the future.

Been coming here for a while now, Keith always does a great job of whatever I request, and always advises towards keeping your hair healthy.

Price is a bit high, but I really happy with my root colouring and hair cut by Keith this afternoon. Wonderful hair cut, did exactly as the photo that I had shown him. I like his calm and polite attitude too. - wonderful customer service. Keep up the good work, Keith.
