Experience was really nice but consultation was not what I was expecting. I expected a sit down where I talk about my concerns and I’m being offered solutions but nothing like that. I was just told how to maintain the hair style I made for longevity.

I booked my hair appointment with a particular stylist well in advance and early in the morning. Upon getting there even though she was free she told someone else to do my hair. I don’t see the point of the booking if clients are going to be treated that way. The last time they did that they put me with someone very inexperienced and it took a toll on my hair. Thankfully this time the stylist who did my hair was good but it’s not fair that I have to be taking those chances with my hair when I’ve already gone out of my way to book an appointment in advance.

I also bought shampoo and conditioner at 20000 nayra you didn’t mention it in the email 😅, My comment that your staff are professional and friendly but your material need to be cleaned like the sheet that you put on the clients when you color the hair and the towels smells not good.. otherwise everything was good and for sure will come back in the future , thank you.

The hair was really nice but I wish they stylist take care of the natural hair more.Combing the hair from the tips instead to d root and putting heat protectant.

Excellent and fast service was pretty happy with the outcome of my hair literally the only place I go to do my braided styles.

My hair looks great. The ladies were professional and focused. However, one of the braiders didn’t smell too good and had me holding my breath when she was parting my hair and she was a little aggressive combing out my hair and unravelling the twists which hurt but was bearable. Overall a good experience. I would definitely recommend and return for my next set of braids.
