I had my laser hair removal appointment today and had a great experience. Susha was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I was curious about the face analysis machine, and she kindly offered to do a complimentary skin analysis for me. She briefly explained the results and answered my questions in a clear and helpful way. I really appreciated her time, knowledge, and excellent customer service. First time of being here & she has a lovely set up! Lovely background music, pretty lights, warm fire, a lovely way to start your Saturday morning. She listened to what I wanted, asked questions & was very polite. Highly recommend! Think I chatted her ears off!!! 😆🙈🥰

I recently had a dermaplaning treatment followed by a chemical peel with Daniella, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Daniella was extremely professional from start to finish and immediately made me feel at ease. She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The results were noticeable straight away, my skin looked smoother, brighter, and incredibly radiant. The combination of dermaplaning and the peel really refreshed my complexion, and my face felt so soft and rejuvenated afterwards. I would highly recommend Daniella.

Micro needling. Before and aftercare advice was exceptional. When I arrived Daniella went through everything with me and explained how the treatment was going to be performed. This was my first experience of micro needling and I was a little nervous. But Daniella’s professionalism and caring manor put me at ease. Everything felt clean and clinical. My treatment went very well I am extremely pleased and can see a significant improvement after one treatment.Daniella went through the after care and provided an aftercare leaflet. I also purchased medical grade aftercare products.

When I went there location was easy to find place was nicely decorated Sumina was warm person and she welcomed me so warmly and she was really friendly after doing my treatment I am feeling more energetic and fresh the skin changes will take more time I know I only had two sessions I will keep going regularly but overall my experience is going really good ❤️❤️
