My experience at your salon in Pontypridd today was amazing. My stylist Kelly is always friendly. Her attention to detail is fantastic and she always blowdries and curls my hair to finish. I had highlights today and I am extremely pleased with them. I explained what I wanted and they have exceeded my expectations!. Tracy was also a fantastic help. Thank you 😊

Very relaxing experience, from start to finish with lots of attention to detail making sure everything was how I wanted it. The half-head of highlights has really lifted my natural colour and the shampoo and conditioner was a mini pampering treat in itself. Thanks for a lovely style and finish!

Came in today for a full head of highlights and a cut. The salon is super friendly and my appointment didn't feel in any way rushed, despite how busy it was. I'd say my colour didn't turn out as light as I wanted it, but still really happy with my hair overall. Thank you Sara!

First time for me to visit and won't be my last, in fact I'm going back on Tuesday for a colour and highlights. The staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcome. Claire, who did my hair today was so easy to chat too and advised on products suitable for my hair. My hair looks and feels lovely. Highly recommend.

Excellent I had henna dyed my hair and as it’s grey it absorbed too much I did it at home .Dave managed to strip that colour and restore , toned it back to normal with a shine .

This was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had at a hairdresser! The staff were welcoming, and Alaan did a fantastic job with my cut and colour. He gave excellent professional advice tailored to my style and he was great to talk to (about everything!). The service was top-notch—complimentary hot drinks were included with my service, and they even give out free samples and a loyalty rewards card. Alaan made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. I'm overall very happy and will definitely be back!

After a long gap due to family I returned for a colour. Was welcomed back by lovely staff who all remembers me so was very personal. The colour was amazing as always. They now have a little menu bar which was a lovely added touch.

My first time at Alaan Williams hair salon but I will be definitely be returning. Everyone was so lovely, polite and so friendly. Sara did my hair and she was absolutely amazing. The patience of a saint and listens to exactly what you want. Gives advice and constant attention and she is so lovely. My hair isnt the easiest to deal with - at all, but she smashed it. Love the colour amd cut. Would highly recommend Sara and Alaan Williams' Hair Experts.

Natasha did a fantastic job with my hair. I absolutely love the balayage and the cut. The colour suits me perfectly and is exactly what I had in mind. She is incredibly thorough and caring and really makes sure the final result matches what you have asked for. Thank you as well to everyone at Pearce and Chapman for the warm welcome. At one point there were three people working on my hair which felt like a real team effort. It was my first time at the salon and I will definitely be booking my next hair appointment there.
