Visited Stretch in Glasgow for the first time and booked the full package – assisted stretch, sauna and cold plunge. Georgie was excellent from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, checked in throughout the session, and made sure not to push things too far, especially with my right knee due to an old injury. The stretch itself was brilliant and I genuinely felt the difference afterwards. The sauna and cold plunge were the perfect way to finish up, and having the space to myself made it even better for switching off and resetting. Overall, a great experience.

This is my third visit and I am sure there will be many more. I chose to combine my stretch with a session of contrast therapy so I got to chill out in the sauna after my stretch. I felt very relaxed when I left. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone should give this place a try.

The ice bath and saunas are excellent! The saunas did seem to trip off with about 15mins of the booking to go and wasn't fixed by the time we left, also they really need to get some sort of mats down in the changing areas. Those tiles are extremely slippy when wet! Especially when coming out the shower

First time doing combination therapy and left feeling relaxed and energised. Staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was very relaxed. There are three plunge pools with different temperature. The ‘warmest’ is 7 degrees and the coldest is 3 degrees. I only went in the 7 degree one and it was pretty cold but managed to get in without too much grimacing and when I was in I got used to it quite quickly. Was very nice to be able to go straight into the sauna after, which was clean, well lit and a perfect temperature to sit in for a good while without feeling too hot.

First time visiting and do not think it will be the last. The therapist was very knowledgable and attentive to my needs throughout the treatment, making sure I remained pain free. Enjoyed being able to attend as a couple and after the stretch enjoyed the contrast sauna and plunge therapy together. Lovely experience

I feel rejuvenated Looser More relaxed, mentally as well as physically. An improved me. The stretching was phenomenal and felt totally relaxed in the therapist's hands. The sauna / plunge pool was a great addition to an already great treatment. I will make this a part of my self help routine. Thank you

The actual experience was really enjoyable and Niamh was very friendly and professional. I had a problem with my gift card though - it was value of £65 covering one 50-minute session but had to pay a £40 non-refundable deposit to book the session online. Please can you make gift cards fully redeemable against the price of a session online at the time of booking.

Fantastic stretch session with Bryan, came in with areas of concern however found out I had other areas I should be focusing on (based on the pre assessment). Educational session and was given some simple repeatable exercises. 7 stars and 100% advise people to try out Stretch.

Very nice clean facilities. Stretching session was great, with more focus put on problem areas. We had the Infra red sauna and cold plunge after as well which left us feeling very relaxed and fresh. Overall great experience

Friendly helpful staff.contrast suite was clean except water in plunge tank seemed a bit murky. Felt the sauna could have been hotter but on the whole an enjoyable experience.

Very relaxing sauna then first time in the cold water. Only managed a minute but great experience. Some mats in the changing room would be good as floor can be slippy.

Came with my brother and got stretched by Eve and Brian! Was amazing and then went down for the cold plunge and sauna! Great way to spend a Sunday morning! Will be back!

The stretch was fabulous. Not so sure about the sauna and plunge. Cold water is very shallow so you have to crouch in. Sauna felt very crowded with 5 of us in there.

What an amazing experience! So pleased with the service I had from Sara! The infrared sauna and cold therapy was a great addition too. Can't wait to visit again.

Service was excellent. Ice baths and sauna were top notch. Only issue was with the lockers not locking properly but due to the quietness it wasn’t too bad
