This was THE BEST facial I have ever had….and I’ve had plenty! The whole experience was amazing 🤩 My massage was also next level and every spot I needed to be worked was worked and I felt AMAZING afterwards. If I lived in Melbourne, I would very much be a regular here 🩵💜

My partner and I went to Newleaf Spa on Valentine’s Day for a couples massage, and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had in Melbourne. Jesse and Tuna were both absolutely amazing, professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I highly, highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back! 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

It was first time using a Far Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy and Hyberbaric Oxygen chamber. I walked out of The Orchard feeling how I felt when I was 27 years old. I'm about to turn 56. Brilliant!

First time coming to gentle recovery, and the experience was really great. I did the infrared sauna and cold bath. First time doing the cold bath, and left feeling like I was on cloud 9. Coming back tomorrow and taking a pal to experience it too!

Every single time I come to recovery lounge, I leave feeling more impressed than the last. Yesterday we tried out the new private area/ traditional sauna, ice bath, hot magnesium bath. This was a game changer, going from cold to hot felt like you were on some beautiful island 🙏 both pools have big jet pumps for your calves making the experience so much relaxing. I could really feel the difference in how my body felt yesterday after using these facilities. I’m a big supporter of Recovery lounge, there’s nothing like it here in Melbourne, private recovery at its best :)

My first-time infrared sauna, I feel it helps with my sore muscle and joints, nice and lovely clinic, with a new roomy sauna, clean shower, and good explanation. Lack of parking, be careful not to park in a permit zone.

I tried sono facial. Best facial service so far in Melbourne. They do extraction of blackhead after steaming then while applying mask, they give you shoulder and neck massage. Also hand massage. Worth value and will definitely comeback to try another service

I’ve been coming for years here, it’s honestly one of the best recovery places in all of Melbourne. The traditional sauna is elite sitting anywhere between 90-100 degrees and the 2 ice baths which are 1 metre away when you step out the sauna are sitting 4 to 7 degrees. It’s honestly the perfect recovery space and you walk away feeling brand new and rejuvenated. Jason and his team have done a phenomenal job in making this the ultimate place for recovery. Can’t wait to go again! Keep healthy!

I had the most beautiful treatment with Julie. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely cared for and at ease. Her warmth, presence, and intuitive approach created such a safe, nurturing space to truly relax. I left feeling physically lighter, as though my body had let go of burdens I'd been carrying for far too long. It wasn't just an incredible treatment—it was genuinely restorative. If you're looking for someone who is exceptionally skilled and deeply compassionate, I can't recommend Julie highly enough. I'll absolutely be back.

I've been to several infrared saunas in Melbourne and Nimbus and Co is my favourite! The saunas are always pre heated and clean, Vincent is super friendly and the bathroom facilities are lovely! Would recommend
