Best massage I’ve had for a long time! The whole experience was very relaxing and just what I had asked for. Nat was amazing, very caring and asked questions before to know what I was after and made me feel very comfortable. I 100% recommend and will hopefully be returning very soon!

I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

Just making my way through Sam's treatment list and honestly cant say what I love the most. Yesterday I visited Sam carrying the world on my shoulders, I had reflexology and natural face lift and floated out like a cloud. Sam is an all round therapist and I am so thankful she was recommended and I found her, someone i'd been looking for, for such a long time. See you in 2 weeks x

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

I booked an appointment which was half reflexology and half back massage. After experiencing years of anxiety, I came out feeling relaxed and calm for the first time in a long time. Sam made me feel comfortable right from the start. It is the first time I have ever had reflexology and I can safely say I will be back again. Highly recommend!

Tried a few local sports massage therapists prior being recommended to Charlotte and I’m so pleased I have found her. I now go every two weeks, she has not only helped my recovery but also my confidence back in the gym.

Highly recommend fixes all my problems including a free therapy session 😂

I done the whole day retreat and it was honestly one of the best experiences of my life, I have never felt so understood and seen by another person. Nat really helped me understand my brain and put me back onto my spiritual path while releasing a lot of my past trauma. Will definitely be coming back! I really recommend if you are feeling stuck and lost.
