This was my second visit and it won't be the last. Sam has such a calming yet motivating affect on you . Her treatments are so relaxing yet invigorating which makes you feel amazing both physically and mentally. I've had the Indian Head Massage and Reiki and would definitely recommend Sam and her Sage Therapy services. Thank you! X

I had my first physiotherapy session with Ellie on Monday, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was calming and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. Ellie was incredibly professional, ensuring that every aspect of my treatment was tailored to my needs. I received dry needling and a massage, both of which were expertly done with great precision and care. The session not only helped relieve tension but also left me feeling refreshed. I had a sports massage with Ella and she was really welcoming and friendly. She explained everything really well throughout and explained why I was getting the injuries/all the joint problems. I felt like the massage really helped my muscle injuries and will definitely be going back! Highly recommend going to here :)

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

had treatment carried out by Denise who was fantastic. she explained everything thoroughly the procedure was a little bit uncomfortable but setting can be increased or decreased to suit the individual. would def have the procedure again.. had pressotherapy

Love it a lot. The environment is warm and relaxing. Sim, the therapist she was so gentle and nice. After the Korean Glass Skin Therapy I had, I felt my skin glowing, and every of my friend keep asking me what have I done with my skin. Lol. Strongly recommend ed.
