Michaela has been taking care of my hair for the past two years, and I can’t recommend her enough. After some really bad experiences with hairdressers in the past, finding Michaela was a total game changer. Not only has she done my balayage, but she also did my wedding hair and makeup, and everything turned out absolutely brilliant. I have never had better blonde, and she is always punctual and reliable. Even though I now live in Cochrane, it is totally worth the drive out to Canmore to see her.

Leesa has been my hairdresser for about 2 years now. Great personality and VERY good at what she does. Experienced and akways good at changing up my style if I want ti have a different look.I am moving back to Edmonton but I will still drive to Canmore just to have her look after my locks!

Awesome experience at Prohibition Barber & Bourbon Room in Canmore! The shop has that cozy 1920s speakeasy vibe, super comfortable seating, spotlessly clean, and just a relaxing spot overall (bonus bourbon selection if you want one!). Highly recommend—definitely coming back!

Lovely Salon with great location, lots of parking and stunning views of the mountains! I went for a hair cut and style with Aleasha. I was looking for a change but not too sure what I wanted. She asked questions, made suggestions and I love the new look. A quick drive from Calgary, a relaxing salon experience and an opportunity to explore the shops in Canmore. A perfect afternoon.

I am writing a review for Michaela Vankova. I was recommended Michaela by my friend. I have been currently living in Calgary but the trip to Canmore just to have my hair done was absolutely worth the experience!!!!! Michaella is highly professional. Honestly, I have NEVER obtained such a care in my life!!! I She has a very special eye for designing the colour and the cut what also matches your personality. She carefully listens to her customer desires. She is also very detailed oriented, precise, gentle and caring. I recommend Michaela to everyone!!!! 100%!!!! She is the best!!!

Jessica is the best. I recently met another client and we both agreed that we love going to her. She listens to you and gives you what you want both also what is best for you. I always leave completely satisfied. She also gives a great head massage when she is shampooing my hair.

I have light natural curly white hair. I was a little late, having trouble finding the salon as I am visiting Canmore. Michaela (sp) was very gracious ( it’s very rude to be late for a salon appointment, as it makes her late for next appointment). I have not had such a meticulously performed haircut in many years. Michaela is a master with her scissors, carefully assessing the best way trim my curls to the advantage of my clumsy hairstyling hands. I most highly recommend this talented, gracious stylist. Thank you, Michaela!
