I am so glad i meet kirsty. she's given me 2x facials now and honestly i have never felt so relaxed before. Andrea did a great job. She was very careful to manage my expectations at my consultation and took time to explain & demonstrate how to make the most of my brows until the next appointment. Lovely 45mins back, neck and shoulder massage. Been increasing my pressure levels gradually and really enjoying the feeling of deep tissue massage. Sometimes tho, 45mins just goes waaaay to quick 🤣

I have always had a problem with brittle nails. I’ve been seeing Elaine now for nearly a year for nail treatment with builder gel and gel polish and my nails are finally getting stronger. The difference when she’s finished is amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very relaxed atmosphere, Elaine and Andrea are so friendly

I’ve been going to Andrea at Urban Luxe for years now and she is the best in the business! I’ve had many facial treatments with Andrea and they are always so relaxing and tailored to suit my skin! Andrea is so knowledgable and great at providing advice regarding which products to use outside of the salon to keep my skin looking amazing after treatments. I always receive so many compliments on my brows once I’ve had them waxed and tinted - Andrea is so precise and shapes them perfectly! I highly recommend 😊

As always, great service. Unfortunatley my usual stylist has now left, so I booked with Ruby. She talked me through my colour options, and I was really happy with my hair. Ruby is a tonic, very bubbly and down to earth, and it was a pleasure to have her do my hair. Would definitely recommend.
