Since my very first appointment nearly 2 years ago after I moved to the area the girls have always been so lovely, friendly and welcoming! They do an amazing job and always give great advice and always help me choose what I need. Never disappointed with their service, a real little gem and so glad I found this salon. Would 100% recommend to anyone ☺️

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

Went for a new colour and Kaci was amazing the entire way fully explained to me what my colour was going to look like the maintanace it will need and explained the process of going back to my original colour if this one doesn’t work out❤️Completely transparent about the whole process and absolutely smashed it❤️❤️!! Been having my nails done with quick dip since last year best nail treatment I’ve ever had done, Jaz is so lovely very welcoming and now having my eyebrows done has well very happy with both treatments 🤩.

Jasmine was lovely and did a super job on my nails. After cancelling my appointment because of the weather she was happy to fit me in early Saturday morning as I had a wedding that afternoon.

Made me feel so at ease, best hairdressing experience I have had in YEARS!!!!

Felt great after my manicure, pedicure, electrolysis and back, neck and shoulder massage. Always wake up happy knowing I will be pampered by great ladies.

As someone who never wears makeup and never does anything out of my norm I get anxious about having any kind of treatment that may change my usual appearance. I had my eyebrows shaped by Amelia today and came out very happy. She listened to what I wanted and consulted with me before doing anything drastic. I couldn't be happier with my eyebrows or the way I was treated whilst in the salon. Was a super comfy and very pleasant treatment. Thank you Amelia
