Absolutely outstanding! There was a mis-communication or computer error over my booking time but the team at UB's couldn't have been MORE helpful. And my therapist - Amanda - is a superstar! The best treatment I have experienced in over 22 years. Simply the best. Better than all the rest!

Always friendly, the girls listen to what you want (not what they think you want). I originally went as a one off appointment and have been returning every few weeks for almost a year. Ugly Bettys is amazing. I have recommended it to lots of friends.

Too early to comment on the results as only 2nd session of laser, but Hailey shows absolute professionalism and care in what could be very embarrassing moments! She carefully talks through health and safety and steps of the process. It is painfree too which us a surprise!

I'm amazed with results of first microdermabrasion facial, major congestion cleared. The treatment was delivered expertly, as always - by Cara who talked through stages and next steps exceptionally. I'd really recommend the treatment to anyone in need of pores cleaned, and absolutely recommend Cara to deliver high quality service every time. .

Haley is fantastic. Been going there 2 and half years now. That should say it all!
