Charlotte was really accommodating as always. Especially as I realised I couldn’t have new polish applied as I’m due in hospital this week. She wasn’t annoyed that I had booked a full application appointment but could only have the old removed. She just juggled around her appointments and had another lady come in early. Very kind of her. Had a great experience with Annie, getting a second ear piercing. Was a bit nervous but she was so friendly and professional and completely put me at ease. Super happy with the result!

Annie is not only lovely but an absolute pro who can offer advice and guidance to achieve the look that you want let it be brows or nails! She also pays attention to the ingredients in products, sensitivities you might have. Wholeheartedly recommend this salon!

Annie is very professional and clearly knows her stuff! She is always very particular to ensure that my brows are perfect. I don’t think I would go anywhere else now.

I had a consultation for micro blading today. Annie explained the procedure and answered all my questions really clearly. The patch tests were done and all the reading material for the procedure will be emailed to me so I can be sure I am happy to proceed.
