Charlotte was really accommodating as always. Especially as I realised I couldn’t have new polish applied as I’m due in hospital this week. She wasn’t annoyed that I had booked a full application appointment but could only have the old removed. She just juggled around her appointments and had another lady come in early. Very kind of her. Had a great experience with Annie, getting a second ear piercing. Was a bit nervous but she was so friendly and professional and completely put me at ease. Super happy with the result!

Excellent. Invisible Eyebrows have reappeared and have a great shape. I would say they look very natural and quite commanding!!! My pedicure is great. As a hairstylist my feet are of the utmost importance. It’s a Good grooming and Stylish Comfort aspect. I like to have them on show also; Therefore they’ve got to look good. Highly recommended. Rx

Annie renewed the microblading, which was amazing. My eyes looked so blue when l looked in the mirror. I have also had my eye lashes darkened and l am very pleased with the result. I hardly need to wear any makeup now. yes 100%

I had the deluxe facial which was amazing and so unbelievably relaxing. So much so I nodded off a few times. I also had the deluxe natural nails as I don't really wear nail polish often but wanted them tidied up. They look so much better now. Thank you
