Charlotte was really accommodating as always. Especially as I realised I couldn’t have new polish applied as I’m due in hospital this week. She wasn’t annoyed that I had booked a full application appointment but could only have the old removed. She just juggled around her appointments and had another lady come in early. Very kind of her. Becky was great but had to leave early. I then went to Sally who finished preparing my nails for painting. I was then passed to another girl who painted my nails. Don’t like to be negative but when I got home I realised that some of my nails felt slightly sticky and my little finger nail was quite dull and had fluff stuck to it.

Was early for my appointment and was able to be seen. Went well

Very good, was seen promptly even though I was early and everyone was polite and given a warm greeting

Lovely and friendly atmosphere, lots of parking at the rear of the shop. Excellent prices Will deffo call again

Very welcoming first time visit for my daughter she had her ears pierced Charlotte talked her through the process and how to look after them very professional and she’s back in August for hair and nails done by Molly Helawell at Vanilla Thank you

I had such a great experience with this makeup artist! She was really friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, which instantly put me at ease. She took extra care by using sensitive products and I truly appreciated how helpful and completely non-judgemental she was throughout the whole appointment. Even though the salon was busy, the vibe was so good — relaxed, positive, and professional. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend!
