Sophia was excellent and really took the time and care to do my hair in the best way possible. I felt very well looked after. She really listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond my expectations. She styled my hair in a way that really suited my face shape and I really appreciated her taking the lead when I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. Definitely one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. Bethan was so lovely. I went in for a free wash and blowdry that I won with them and it was fantastic. They made me feel so welcome. A lovely bit of self care, given a drink and snack. Can't recommened this salon enough. Love my hair. Bethan took such care in doing a good job and because of this, I'm coming back next month for a colour service. Thanks ladies :)

Fab haircut as always from Marsha

The loveliest people and salon atmosphere, they made me feel so welcome and looked after. Squeezed me in last minute which is soo kind at such as busy time. Kerys did a fab blowdry and the head massage is an extra special touch. You can really tell they care about their customers and making it a wonderful experience. Not to mention the balmain products which are so luxurious. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

After being nominated by my cousin for one of the Random Acts of Kindness blow-dries, I had my appointment with Bethan yesterday and it was exactly what I needed. From start to finish, the whole experience felt like pure luxury. Bethan is incredibly warm and friendly, and the care she puts into everything she does really shines through. She made me feel completely looked after. I’d highly recommend booking a blow-dry with Bethan if you’re in need of a little pick-me-up. I was lucky enough to have a random acts of kindness blow dry with Bethan and she was excellent! She even accommodated my 3 month old baby sitting on my lap whilst having it done and he fell asleep to the sound of the hairdryer! Thank you for a lovely relaxing appointment 🥰
