Craig was fantastic! He knows and is very skilled. Usually I have curls in my scalp because of a treatment I have done & most hair dressers in London struggle & it takes them extra time just to straighten it. It took him 45 minutes & he gave me volume and movement! He is the best! Highly recommend.

They really know how to make you feel pampered; the head massage during the shampoo was incredibly relaxing and an absolute highlight.
