The best time ever, I don’t even know where to start😭 Ellie was an absolutely gorgeous, talkative girl. I was so nervous going to a salon for the first time but she just kept the conversation flowing and I did not once feel anxious! She listened to what I wanted for my hair and then went on to exceed my expectations! I am beyond grateful and happy for my hair. She truly cares about every client and I’m so happy I found her! This was my first appointment with her but DEFFO no where near my last🤍 super happy with Ellie and will continue to recommend to everyone I know🤍

There is nothing I can say that will truly explain how amazing Ell is! From consultation to appointment, everything exceeded my expectations. I went in for balayage and extensions and she went above and beyond to make sure I left more than over the moon with the results. Really happy with my haircut! The stylist was super friendly, listened to what I wanted, and did a great job. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

Had such a great blow dry. Darcie is a talented girl. I have extensions in and my hair is naturally really curly so it’s hard to style and keep smooth. But she always nails it ❤️

Kelsey is in my opinion the best extension/colour specialist in Bournemouth. I’ve had more bad hair experiences than I care to mention, but after watching her work for some time & seeing how much she cares about the work she puts out, I gladly switched to her. This girl will never let you leave unhappy, she will work until you’re in love with your hair & that is unfortunately, a quality seriously lacking in the hair industry. If you’re needing a new hairdresser I promise you won’t regret picking Kelsey, she is elite. 10/10

Where to begin! Not only is Rachel a master of her craft, but a genuinely lovely girl who can put even the most anxious people at ease. I’ve never ever left a salon actually happy with my hair until Rachel did my hair, and I get complimented all the time!! 2+ hours pass like minutes in the chair, and I look forward to my yap (and matcha) every 6 weeks. Could not recommend more <3
