Had such a great experience with Anna! From the start she took the time to do a proper consultation, asking exactly what I wanted and what to steer clear of, which I really appreciated. Halfway through the colour, I mentioned I wasn’t quite loving the shade, and she didn’t hesitate to check in and adjust it until it was perfect. That kind of attention to detail and genuine care for the client is rare. Anna is incredibly professional and clearly knows her craft. Highly recommend, will definitely be back!

Anna is such a sweetheart. My treatment took 5hours and glad to say i wasn't bored for even a minute. She took her time and did an amazing job with my hair. Also gave suggestions, asked questions and made sure that the result was exactly what I wanted. I was very undecided but she was so patient! Definitely have another treatment booked in, in about 2 weeks. Highly recommend using her services. 💯💯💯

10/10 experience! It’s so refreshing to find a hairdresser who genuinely cares about her work and her clients happiness. Anna provided a personalised, one-on-one experience and gave my hair her full attention. She listened to what I wanted and offered recommendations or changes to ensure the style I wanted would suit me. Even when I wasn’t completely happy with a few sections, she took the time to perfect them despite it being late. She is a very kind and dedicated professional, and someone you can trust to give you results you will love. Highly recommend!

I travelled from the Gold Coast to Campbelltown for a formal event, and Anna Francesca Beauty and Hair was amazing! She’s only 5 minutes from the Rydges Hotel where I was staying, and she did flawless hair and makeup that lasted all night. Highly recommend!

I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough! I absolutely loved her space. it’s so cool, cozy, and there are so many cute and interesting things to look at which my neurodivergent brain freakin loved! She is such a sweet and awesome person and made me feel comfortable. As someone who was getting their first haircut, I was a little nervous, but she made the whole experience feel so easy and enjoyable. 🫀🤍

Everytime Anna makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable, it's so wonderful to be able to enjoy some much needed self care time. Really happy with my visit to Hair Senpai. The staff were super friendly and easy to chat to, and the salon was really clean and looked great. They listened to exactly what I wanted for my beard trim and nailed it. Great attention to detail and I walked out really happy with the result. I'll definitely be back!

Francesca is so welcoming and warm hearted. So knowledgeable and truthful with hair/hair products and did a great job with my hair, I get so nervous with people cutting my hair but so happy with my fresh cut, she actually listened and don’t chop off more than I wanted & also did a gorgeous up style for an event. Looking forward to coming back!
