So happy to have finally found my new hairdresser after years of bad experiences elsewhere. It's so hard to find a hairdresser that does great alternative haircuts, especially for a good price. Hair Senpai was such a safe, welcoming space that immediately made me feel comfortable, and the haircut was incredible. Will definitely be back!

10/10 experience! It’s so refreshing to find a hairdresser who genuinely cares about her work and her clients happiness. Anna provided a personalised, one-on-one experience and gave my hair her full attention. She listened to what I wanted and offered recommendations or changes to ensure the style I wanted would suit me. Even when I wasn’t completely happy with a few sections, she took the time to perfect them despite it being late. She is a very kind and dedicated professional, and someone you can trust to give you results you will love. Highly recommend!

Brought my boyfriend in for a haircut because he was saying it’s hard to find a good barber and he was nervous. He felt really comfortable with Tori and was happy with his haircut. Tori exceeds expectations as per usual 💜

annabelle was so lovely! i came in for a layered haircut and we spent the first few minutes consulting about what i wanted. throughout the appointment she would check in with me to make sure it was to my liking and told me what she was doing at different steps. she was so helpful in explaining things like the different lengths of layers and really helped me articulate what i wanted. i'm so happy with my haircut and will definitely be coming back for the next one :D

My friends been telling me about Tori for ages, finally booked in and the results are amazing, I’ve never felt so good after a haircut! Normally I feel really anxious and nervous about getting my hair done but Tori was amazing, and made me feel so comfortable. 10/10 coming back for all future hair adventures

Had such a great experience with Anna! From the start she took the time to do a proper consultation, asking exactly what I wanted and what to steer clear of, which I really appreciated. Halfway through the colour, I mentioned I wasn’t quite loving the shade, and she didn’t hesitate to check in and adjust it until it was perfect. That kind of attention to detail and genuine care for the client is rare. Anna is incredibly professional and clearly knows her craft. Highly recommend, will definitely be back!

Anna is such a sweetheart. My treatment took 5hours and glad to say i wasn't bored for even a minute. She took her time and did an amazing job with my hair. Also gave suggestions, asked questions and made sure that the result was exactly what I wanted. I was very undecided but she was so patient! Definitely have another treatment booked in, in about 2 weeks. Highly recommend using her services. 💯💯💯

I just got my first haircut at Hair Senpai, and I couldn't be happier! The whole experience was super easy, and Tori was really nice. The place had such a welcoming vibe. I've tried a bunch of barbers around here, but none of them did as great a job as Tori did today. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted, and she worked her magic to get it just right. I travelled from the Gold Coast to Campbelltown for a formal event, and Anna Francesca Beauty and Hair was amazing! She’s only 5 minutes from the Rydges Hotel where I was staying, and she did flawless hair and makeup that lasted all night. Highly recommend!

Was a bit nervous going in as this was my first time going to a a hairdresser not found by my parents, needless to say the experience was lovely! I enjoyed my time and my hair looks exactly like I wanted it to and I’m so grateful to have found this place : ) highly recommend especially if you are looking for more alternative styles!

Anna is the best hairdresser i have been to. She takes so much pride in her work & puts her customers comfort first. She nailed my vision for a full head of foils, for my short curly hair. I wanted to maintain my curls and she not only did that, but she styled it and gave it more care than any other salon i’ve been to in Sydney! Highly recommend.
