After suffering with a non-stop headache for months I decided to take a chance and got a massage/acupuncture course from Liam over at Peak Performance. It turned out to be by far the most effective pain relief I've had since it's started. I will definitely be booking another session sometime in the near future. Thanks again.

Third time visiting, first one I tried cupping on my back and it felt so great afterwards I went back for the same treatment. This time I went for legs and back as I’m training for GNR. Liam concentrated mainly on the legs (which were super tight). Had to grit my teeth when he was working on my quads but again feel absolutely amazing afterwards. Highly recommend Liam.

Already have another two booked. Really great massage tailored to suit whatever is going on muscle-wise at the time. Great knowledge. Really integral part of my training.

I have had hundreds of massages in my life and Liam is certainly one of the best. He really listens to what the issue is and responds in the best way for the client. He makes you feel at ease and I would absolutely recommend him.

First time with Liam, he really knows what he’s doing. Talked me through everything and explained the treatment which had an immediate effect. Gave me some stretches to do to keep on top of the problem and I’ll definitely be back for another session.
