Paul is brilliant at what he does – knowledgeable, reassuring, and effective. I went to him with shoulder, neck, and back pain from overtraining while preparing for a competition, and he managed to release the tension the day before the event. I left feeling more mobile, and ready to perform. He quickly identified the problem areas and worked through them with skill. Highly recommend!

My second time booking in with Paul, I re-booked because the first time, I felt a positive difference to my issue after only one session. He understood my issue, worked through the different muscles that could be affecting my movement and explained exercises and stretches he recommends, backing this information up with evidence of why it should work. So helpful. I find Paul professional and very knowledgeable. I’d recommend booking to see Paul.
