Today was my first PT session. I left feeling so happy. Luke is an amazing trainer and makes the hour go by so quickly. A personal plan was made for my requirements. It was really interesting to see Luke putting a plan together. I'm going back next week. Thoroughly recommend.

My journey with Luke re-started a year ago following a break during Covid. Like many others my confidence was lost and I didn’t know how to restart my fitness journey. I finally plucked up the courage and sent Luke a message. Luke’s response was so supportive and encouraging. I booked up for PT sessions. Two weeks into my training I had a set back but with Lukes knowledge and experience he guided me through this. Week after week my confidence grew and I could see the improvement in my fitness level. I’m so grateful for the support and understanding Luke showed. I’d highly recommend Luke ⭐️⭐️⭐

Excellent as usual, Luke really knows his stuff and is able to bring this knowledge and experience to understanding any issues and resolving them with a variety of techniques.

So glad I come here and had Eva she did my hair brilliantly, very comfortable, had Katie wash my hair as usual amazing, definitely be coming back to theses lovely ladies.

I always look forward to my appointment with NAOMI. My hair is naturally curly, which not every hairdresser finds easy to work with, but I always feel completely confident in her hands. The advice I get on both colour and cut is thoughtful and spot on, and I always leave knowing my hair is looking its absolute best. It’s such a relief to have found someone who truly understands curly hair and how to make it shine. Highly recommend!
