I had my first strength session with Andy today. He expertly targeted the areas I need to focus on to strengthen my knee joints. The session was tough - that's what I need! His approach is authoritative, knowledgeable, and friendly. He thoroughly explained the correct practice for each exercise, giving me a variety of exercises I can do at home and in the gym. Enjoyably tough workout. Andy always pays attention to detail when teaching techniques and spotting, he has lots of knowledge. I'd highly recommend him if you're looking for personal training.
