Such a lovely experience, super friendly and professional staff with a great deal of knowledge and expertise. I felt completely relaxed, comfortable and at home throughout. My hair cameout exactly how I wanted and even nicer than expected. Great value for such a luxury experience. Free, easy and accessible parking right outside the shop. Can't wait to come back !!

Extremely professional hairdresser and provided great customer service and done a great job on my perm.

Sue was amazing. She done a really good job with my perm and I am very pleased with how it turned out. She offered great advice at the start and talked me through the whole process. She is patient, friendly and very skilled at her craft.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! Savannah gave me the keratin treatment and now my hair looks so much nicer without the frizz. Shes a lovely lady and honestly made my entire afternoon. Will absolutely come back again!

Love going to L&L's to have my hair done. It's a very friendly saloon. When I go it feels like I'm going to visit old friends!! Sue knows exactly how to cut my very thick unruly hair!! Very honest about how my chosen style would look on thin hair. Sue cut it absolutely beautifully. I am very pleased with the result. It is a pretty but not drastically short stacked bob. She took so much trouble to discuss it and to give it a lovely, blended finish.

Sue filled in for her colleague this morning, she was very professional about how she went around it. Had hi-lights and a cut, she even gave me some good tips on how to do my hair differently.
