I went for a haircut and blow dry and it was worth travelling an hour to this studio. Such warm and lovely people. Kate did my haircut and she exactly knew what I wanted and also guided me throughout on what might look good and how to maintain further. She is also so amazing to chat with and her years of experience and professionalism shows in her styling and service. Also, compared to millions of other “best in Melbourne” well known termed salons I tried, stardust studio was actually worth it and was budget friendly. I will be back every time I need a new me look💖😊

I’ve been coming to Hair by Hong, Oakleigh for over a year now and this is the only salon I come to while living in Melbourne. I have pretty thin Asian-style hair and I personally feel this is the only place who understands how to handle and cut my hair to my style/taste! My hairstylist is Bella, and she is amazing, always knows what I need! My experience has always been fantastic- from the front of house greetings, hair washed, and cut. It has been nothing short of professional and I always feel welcome. Such a friendly, comfortable, chic, & professional ambience and team!

I’ve been here a few times now, and every visit has been fantastic. Zero is very professional, always knows what style suits me best, and gives great advice. I also love that he genuinely cares about the health of my hair and takes great care of it. I always leave happy with the results. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience with Vivian. She is incredibly kind, professional, and really takes the time to do her work thoroughly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and pays attention to every detail to make sure everything is done perfectly. She made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and I truly appreciated her patience and expertise. I left feeling so happy with the result. I couldn't be happier with my hair! This was my first time at this hair salon. I had found them through a google search and looked at the good reviews that this place got. Dabin did an amazing job with my hair. I have very dry, frizzy and damaged hair and I wanted a new style with waves with some volume. Dabin recommended a special perm and treatment. It turned out really well. I was so nervous to try this place but I was in great hands! Thank you so much for the wonderful result!
