I couldn’t recommend Lauren more. I started coming to her start of the year regularly. She treats every client thoroughly and with care. It’s the treat of the month I always look forward too! Lauren’s head spa treatment is amazing! She made me comfortable from the start to finish and is clearly experienced. She even towel dried my curly hair so I didn’t leave going into the cold with wet hair. She genuinely wants you to have the best experience and will tailor the treatment to your needs. The only part I didn’t find relaxing was the nail tech working downstairs who spoke in a wildly loud voice to her client the entire time, mainly about her night out on Saturday. She maybe needs to keep it down a bit in consideration for other therapists in the salon.

Amelia carried out the new epionce lite peel refresh and dermalux on me today! I cannot get over how amazing and glowing my skin is. I’ve had a problem area on my chin for months and the difference in it following this treatment is unreal. 10/10 service as always! Can’t wait for my next epionce facial & to see the results with my new products that Amelia has given me to sample🩷🩷

Had my first ever Hydrafacial today and wow! Went in with my skin feeling aged and dry came out glowing! My skin feels amazing, fresh and rehydrated. Would highly recommend this treatment. Vicki is fantastic, and creates such a calming environment. I will certainly be booking to try other treatments. Thank you :-)
