I've been coming to chloe for quite a few years now. Now only is she my brow Queen, giving me the perfect brows, she is my tattoo perfectionist. I came to Chloe with an idea of a tattoo in memory of my brother, she put together the most beautiful design, we moved around with where to place the tattoo, thank you for your patience. I was blown away with how well the tattoo has turned out. Love, love, love it, Chloe. I will most definitely be back soon and would highly recommend Chloe 👌
