The massage that Leanne gave was fantastic, just the right pressure which was so relaxing. I have only given four stars as I felt the music played was on the loud side and quite intrusive. I will definitely book another massage when I visit next if there is a similar discount as I am not comfortable spending on myself. Thank you Leanne.

First ever pedicure ! Treated by Carly had a lovely experience and lovely result

Anna was so amazing and we had a lovely conversation during my brows and pedicure! The gel colours are beautiful and a great variety. Really happy!

I had a manicure and a Pedicure and polish by Vanessa, she was very careful not to touch my calfs and shins as i have very thin painfull skin. At no time did i feel uneasy i was very happy with my treatment. A++

A mainly good pedicure but find I have still quite a bit of dry skin around both big toes. Also where toe separators were removed there is a smudge on the nail.

Today 15th, booked the Sunday Reset Package for my partner as a birthday treat and myself, Christmas treat from my daughter. The experience in the ‘Secret Garden Spa’ was very pleasant and relaxing. The young ladies Chelsie and Lilly were very professional and gave a delightful massage, leaving us relaxed and chilled out. (Actually we could have easily nodded off). The rest of the package, we were made to feel a little confused, nobody seemed to know we were booked in for the Sunday Lunch, and that we hadn’t been offered a tea or coffee, but once that was soon put right, all I can say is 1

Another fantastic massage by Vanessa. Warm bamboo this time, never had it before but it was lovely. Vanessa is by far the best person I have ever had massage me 🤩

This is my second visit having had a Gel manicure and pedicure with Liann and Leah . Both excellent therapists ! They are soo professional , approachable and knowledgeable. They have the ability to put you at ease and are great communicators. I was delighted with the colour and finish .
