Atmosphere was lovely, calming and smelled nice. Loved all the lights in the spa room. The ladies were friendly. Really pleased with both the massage and the facial, felt refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Booked for me and my mum and it was nice to enjoy the experience together. Would book again and would recommend. The only thing we could have done with at the end was a quick drink of water. Thanks so much.

Reset day- Really lovely relaxing experience. Secret garden had jacuzzi, sauna and relaxing seating area outside. Inside there was a lounge area with relaxing sofas and a toilet/shower. Massage was amazing followed by lunch. Will definitely return.

It was really lovely and relaxing.. it was so relaxing. I think my daughter actually fell asleep while she was having her patient done. But we felt very revitalised afterwards.

Was a really great experience for me and my partner had the whole place to ourselves was super relaxing although could of had a better shelter above the hot tub :)

Really good experience....Grwat to have this option at the hotel... Only thing I could suggest is having some water or a water station available especially coming out of the sauna but otherwise really enjoyed it

The massages were lovely we had and lily was very good. A little bit of attention to the garden is needed, maybe Brush around, the carpet in the relaxation room could do with a clean, the bathroom was quite dirty and the towel I was given was covered in stains.
