Ayla is a lovely human and very open and friendly. My pedicure looks lovely and I’ve received many compliments. However, my hand massage ended up being only 7 minutes and needed to be more intentional. The Nail Hotel has a lot of potential in their business model, but it needs to be clearly advertised that drinks and specialty coffees are only available when their 1 staff member with smart serve is working. This business was specifically chosen for today for the “experience”. Owners should also reflect on their seating as they are not designed for relaxation…for either pedicures or massages.

I have to say this was a great experience, when I walked in I was given a piece of cake and a rose, I only got a pedicure with polish, but the girl who did my service was very sweet and gentle when placing my feet down after the moisturizer, I don’t go to the salon very often but this makes me want to go every week

I always walk out feeling my best thanks to these ladies! This time I did my brows, lashes, and feet all at once. Diana is meticulous and expertly makes my brows and lashes look their best every time. This was my first pedicure at the studio and Olya gave me the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had in my life - nails prepped and polished to perfection, my skin has never felt more smooth. The dry pedicure is everything! Thank you Diana and Olya!!!

I came in as a walk-in for a pedicure (as this was right next to my hair stylist’s salon). I was not disappointed! The salon was very well appointed, inviting and clean. I was very happy with both the service provided by the esthetician who provided me with the shellac pedicure and the competitive price point of this service. I will definitely be coming back!

Loved this experience!. Great job team. First time there for a girl's night out. Had a drink while getting our toes done. How awesome is that? It was delicious. Jeev was very attentive and ensured I was happy throughout the process. I had a pedicure, foot massage and shellac manicure with ombre. I highly recommend the whole experience. Nice ambiance. Reasonable prices.

Had a great first experience with Olya today. She was efficient and detailed, and did my nails exactly how I wanted them (I’ve seen the same person for the last 3 years so that’s saying something!). These gals are the real deal and I will be back! Recommended 💅🏼

They did great work on my nails and treated my daughter very well to occupy her .. she was given hot chocolate and she enjoyed it. I had a pedicure and full set of bio gel. She did an awesome work to my nails and executed the design for what I needed for a wedding. Would definitely go back again.
