Lucy was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly to me, accommodating to my hearing loss. The head spa was a dream and the facial has done wonders for my skin! I’ve never seen my rosacea so calm! I’ll be recommending Lucy to everyone who will listen!

I had a Japanese Head Spa treatment with Juliet, and it was honestly the best head massage I’ve ever had. She is incredibly skilled and knew exactly how to treat my dry scalp and generally thinning hair, which made such a difference. The entire experience was soothing, luxurious, and left my head feeling unbelievably light, clean, and refreshed. I felt totally relaxed afterwards. Juliet is an amazing therapist—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-quality head spa treatment.

The head spa was an amazing experience and exactly what I needed. The advice given on how to look after my scalp and products to use was so valuable and my concerns on hair loss were addressed. I would definitely book this treatment again.

An extremely relaxing treatment . Carley was so lovely and welcoming. The room was calm & comfortable. Carley explained everything at the beginning so you just relaxed & completely zoned out once the head spa started. The scalp analysis was so interesting & ensured the correct products were used on the hair & scalp. I felt like my whole body had been treated due to the different techniques used. My head & scalp felt rejuvenated, my hair looked so healthy & shiny. I left feeling like a helium balloon - totally chilled & that any stresses had been washed away. Thoroughly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can highly Remedi Medispa. Offers a great range of treatments with friendly, knowledgeable and highly experienced staff. Gemma is fantastic. The treatments rooms are clean, well equipped, cosy, comfy, warm and beautifully decorated.

It was a pleasure to return to the Medispa in the Esher High Street. Amy has turned the place around and brought it back to its high standards. The staff were all very welcoming.
