Johanne is really pleasant with clients. She is caring and she pays attention to the details while doing her job. 2 downsides I could mention is that I was not offered a drink or anything similar which is a common expectation in these kind of places. Also the door of the spa was open, so the place was noisy with the sound of the cars of the street which takes away the usual nice and calm environment that a client would expect.

The best nails for miles. Jo has done my acrylics for years and i get frequent compliments and requests as to where i get them done. Jo and her team are lovely with a vast array of treatments on offer and i would 100% recommend

This gem of a place is excellent, you receive the best quality treatments and the products are top class, service is first class as is the knowledge and skill level of each of the beauticians, advisors, nail technicians and therapists - they are the best. My visists to Polished have always made me feel wondeful and so special after each treatment, the investment in oneself is worth it and more.

Absolutely amazing, as always. This is such a professional and caring salon, regardless of what treatments are booked the attention to detail and level of excellence are always first class. I would never dream of going elsewhere for any beauty or pampering treatments. Lucy and Jo are the best, they provide guidance and advice to ensure that what you receive and how you feel and look make you wonder what you have previously wasted time, money and effort on! Absolutely first class service & advice from Lucy at Polished. I had several treatments: nails, eyebrow tint & a facial treatment, all were carried out in a Covid safe environment & with the greatest of care & precision. I was given advice on follow up treatments & additional care products that could prolong & enhance my treatments. As for my nails, Lucy & myself discussed what we were going to do with them two weeks ago & we found out today that this look was trending at London Fashion Week - "Wow!" I feel like a million dollars, so pleased that Polished are the frontrunners for treatments.

Both Jo and Lucy are so professional. Jo spent so much time on my gel nail manicure to restore them to looking fantastic! They will always spend as much time as is needed to do the treatments right. Would recommend to anyone wanting to try a new salon.

Polished, Ashtead are fabulous. They treat nails (and clients) with utmost respect, their products are first class, as are their treatments. Lucy is great and my nails are a talking point - whether I am teaching or working in sales - Lucy deserves the credit for this, not me! If you want your nails to look amazing and want to feel good, Polished is the place to visit. Excellent service, fantastic treatments and affordable prices. I can highly Remedi Medispa. Offers a great range of treatments with friendly, knowledgeable and highly experienced staff. Gemma is fantastic. The treatments rooms are clean, well equipped, cosy, comfy, warm and beautifully decorated.

5* treatment as always at Esher. I had an in-depth consultation incl facial imaging to see where my skin needed help the most followed by suggested treatments. It’s a very relaxing, professional space with extensive treatments to suit everyone.

Dr Meriem is an Amazing Consultant so professional and I am Alwsys drlighted with my treatments
