Amazing, just what I needed! Had a deluxe pregnancy massage which was amazing. So relaxing and perfect for the end of my pregnancy. Michelle was amazing, a lovely calm space, perfect!

Loved the book that Michelle gave me as part of the menopause treatment package. It was informative without being overwhelming and helped me feel positively informed and excited about the next ‘phase’. There was useful tips such as meal ideas and suggestions on how to make small changes in your daily routine / life to help yourself through this journey. Which felt really empowering! I was gifted a maternity reflexology package for my birthday and have attended five sessions so far with Michelle. Each session is thoroughly relaxing, in a very calming environment, Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. I looked forward to each of my sessions throughout my pregnancy and owe it to Michelle for easing my anxiety during my C section as I’d had a session the day before I gave birth and felt very calm and more able to deal with my long-standing anxiety. I’d highly recommend tranquility holistic and will be returning on a regular basis for more treatments.
