We have been coming to Michelle for years and today was the first time in her new space. What can I say... WOW. The waiting area was absolutely stunning, as was the treatment room itself. I had the blissful back ritual and mum had a hand reflexology ritual and both of us came out feeling the most relaxed we have in a long time. Possibly the best massage I've ever had! Salon is spotless and very relaxing. Louise was very welcoming and she also explained the benefits for red light therapy, which I went for before the massage. Would highly recommend 👌 I will definitely be returning soon 😊

Louise at Thrive Wellness Centre is absolutely amazing, I went for a 90 minute deep tissue massage with her and feel much better in myself. She takes the time to understand the issues and help you feel relaxed. Provides a calming approach, and tailors the massage to exactly what's needed. The studio space is perfect, very clean, fresh and tastefully decorated. Looking forward to continuing my wellness journey with her. Highly recommended.

Menopause and lifestyle consultation It was my first time here at the wellness centre, it had a tranquil setting. Louise was very welcoming and professional. We spoke about my past medical history, discussed my concerns and symptoms. Louise has provided menopause guidance for my GP regarding a HRT treatment plan, also useful links and lifestyle advice for me. Louise has recommended a follow up appointment 4 weeks after having blood tests and starting HRT treatments. Thank you Louise for your time and attention

Michelle is such a calming & caring soul & makes you feel instantly that she cares about you. The whole ‘experience’ was so relaxing & I asked her not to stop at the end.
