First time at OTC arrived and was instantly greeted with a warm welcome and an offer of a tea or coffee. My treatment was thoroughly explained and the result was perfect. I had two treatments with two beauticians who were friendly and professional. The salon was quaint and clean. Just rebooked thank-you!

It was our first time visiting and we absolutely loved it, all the staff looked after us so well. We had a combination of pedicure and Japanese head spa with a high tea in the middle and it was such a treat! The head spa was so relaxing and just kept on giving when we thought it would be over! AMAZING! Really lovely having a pedicure in the proper pedicure chairs too…so comfortable and felt like a real treat! Thank you to all the staff who looked after us. We will definitely be back! ✨🫶🏻💗🙏🏼

Amazing! Sooo friendly, my first experience with CiaraJade, great advice given about my hair condition, colour and style, what shampoos and treatments to use ( no products pushing either) I’ve come away feeling amazing. So happy with my colour and cut, Thankyou so much girls. I would definitely recommend CiaraJade.

Brow wax & tint and mini manicure Excellent ~ very pleased with all treatments Jade is very professional and friendly and gave good advice giving me confidence to go ahead with tint on brows which was a new experience for me.
