Izzy is always so lovely when she cuts my girls hair and it is so reasonable to get it done there early in the week compared to anywhere else in cheltenham. She also curled my daughters hair FOC whereas other salons would charge for this.

I had a great experience at LNO today. I was greeted by Dom whom gave me a warm welcome and made me feel relaxed. Dom was very professional and had fantastic communication skills, I knew exactly what was happening and what he was going to do. I am very happy with my piercing and would recommend LNO Piercing, and Dom as a piercer.

Always delighted with all treatment especially a Pedicure with gel today, best in Cheltenham. You will not get better care and attention and expertise.

Hannah is amazing. Her cutting skills and personality are 5*! I have been to most of the Salons in Cheltenham and Hannah is definitely up there with the best.

Had an excellent HIFU session with Julie. She clearly explained the treatment, took time to understand my concerns and focus areas, and tailored everything to suit my needs. I felt well cared for and confident throughout. Highly recommend.

Lovely service!

Fantastic. Tegan was superb not only in how she did my hair but also in making me feel totally relaxed. Such a lovely person. The atmosphere in the salon was very comfortable and I was able to park within two minutes which was a bonus. The prices were reasonable not exorbitant as other salons in Cheltenham. A very satisfying experience. I will definitely be going there again.

First visit was a total pleasure. Kiera took the time to listen and understand and offer really good advice, which is exactly what I was looking for.

I had a wash and cut done by Saskia today and she was absolutely lovely and did a fantastic job. This was my first cut with Hiley Hair Club and since moving to Cheltenham I had been extremely nervous about getting a haircut. The atmosphere and hospitality was second to none. I felt extremely welcomed and Saskia listened to all of my requests and helped walk me through exactly what she would be doing. I feel so much more like myself and cannot recommend this place enough. I walked out with exactly what I wanted. Thank you to Saskia and the team for being so knowledgeable and kind.
