Had a really great experience here in London. The massage was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was calm and clean, and the therapist paid attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling much lighter and refreshed afterwards. Definitely one of the better massage experiences I’ve had in London — highly recommended.

Honestly could not recommend more! I had such a lovely experience, friendly, clean and my skin feels amazing after the facial. I had such a good experience at Fresh Face London this is my second time with them. Whitney was amazing she explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process. She has also frequently checked in with me afterwards to see how my skin is doing, & quick to respond to any concerns or messages which I really appreciated. I felt looked after. I’ve already started to see improvement my skin feels smoother and looks more even, even at this early stage. Overall I’m really happy with my experience so far and excited to continue my treatments.

Fantastic full body massage, incredibly relaxing but at the same time I could feel my muscles really being worked on. Bonus hot stones thrown in which I really appreciated. Will definitely return. Only advice is to have a warming sheet on the bed as is can feel a bit chilly when uncovered. Thank you so much for the great treatment.

Galina is very friendly and professional. I had a great pedicure - felt like I was walking on air when I left and Galina gave me some advice to help with damaged nails. I also had eyebrows waxed and tinted and they look great. Very comfortable room and relaxing experience.

Lashes look fab! They listened to the look that I wanted and gave their advice based on what would work best for my face. Clare stopped 30 minutes before the end to check I was happy with the look and to allow for any adjustments if needed but the lashes were perfect. Bed was comfortable too!

Really nice and gave me some good advice for any future consultations.
