She was very accomodating and friendly! :) She also gave a comprehensive discussion regardiny my skin condition and offered services to address my skin concerns. Dr Sam and team were very sweet and helpful. From the moment I walked in as a new client, I felt welcomed and the clinic looked so modern and clean. I did the skin analysis then Jawtox, and they provided a small snack and water while I waited. I’ll check back in on results but the process felt smooth and informative. My visit started with a skin analysis to know what my skin needs and the doctor was very concise in her explanation - from my results, she was able to formulate a treatment plan that targeted my concerns. The aesthetician who assisted me was very gentle, I was able to relax the entire duration of my facial. Afterwards I had Doctor Procedures (acne injection and Picoluxe laser) and the experience was great! l was very comfotable the entire time and with all the procedures. There was immediate results after and my skin felt so cared for. 💖

I had a great experience with my carbon-pico laser. The aesthetician was very considerate and kept checking on me, even apologizing whenever the procedure felt a bit painful. I really appreciated how gentle and caring she was. She also recommended products to help treat my pimples and pimple marks. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend it.
